Jinsi Ya Kupika Biriyani Nzuri Ya Nyama




Meat Biriyani Masala 11/2 kg Nyama (you can use Lamb, mutton, beef or goat) cut into serving sized pieces 250ml to 300ml mtindi 2 to 3 fresh nyanya, blended 3 tbsp nyananya ya kopo ya kusaga 1 kg vitungu vya kukaanga, rangi ya brown {usiunguuze, otherwise biriyani masala yako itakuwa nyeusi sana} 5 vianzi, peeled and halved, then fried until a knife can pierce through easily 2 tablespoons juisi ya limao 1 tablespoon tangawizi
