MAHITAJI
Tuna/samaki wa kikopo 1(awe mkavu kabisa)
kitunguu maji kidogo 1(kikate kate)
chenga za mkate vijiko 2 vya chakula
majani ya coriander (kata kata)
kiini cha yai 1
chenga au pilipili ya unga kiasi
bizari nyembamba kjk 1 cha kula
garam masala kjk 1 cha kula
kitunguu saum na tangawizi kjk 1 cha kula
chumvi kiasi
maji ya ndimu au limau 1
MATAYARISHO
- kwenye bakuli tia kila kitu pamoja
- changanya mpaka vichanganyike vizuri
- chukua vjk 2 vya mchanganyiko wa samaki fanya shape ya duara kisha izo duara zifanye flat/bapa(zibatize)
- kaanga/chonma kwa mafuta kidogo
- upande 1 ukiwiva geuza wa pili mpaka ziwe rangi ya brown na uzitoe . enjoy na ketchup , pilipili au sauce yoyoyte.
INGREDIENTS
1 can tuna steak
1 small onion(chopped)
2 tbsp. bread crumbs
coriander leaves(chopped)
1 egg yolk
1 tsp chilli flakes/powder
1 tbsp. cumin powder
1 tbsp. garam masala
1 tbsp. ginger garlic paste
salt to taste
1 lime /lemon juice
METHOD
- in a bowl put all the ingredients
- give a good mix
- take 2 tbsp. of fish mixture, make a ball shape and then flatten the ball ( you will get 6-7balls)
- shallow fry
- when the first side is done flip the other one , fry until brown and the remove. enjoy with ketchup,chilli sauce or any sauce of your choice.
