Bizari ya manjano                                        ¼ kijiko
Pilipili zilorowekwa katika siki
(hot pepper rings)                                        2 vijiko vya supu
Mafuta                                                         2 vijiko vya supu

Namna Ya Kutayarisha Na Kupika
  1. Katakata kabeji, karoti, vitunguu, pilipili mboga, nyanya weka kando.
  1. Tia mafuta katika karai kaanga vitunguu hadi vilainike na kuanza kugeuka rangi. Usiache vikageuka rangi sana.
  1. Tia nyanya, nyanya ya kopo, chumvi, pilipili manga, bizari, endelea kukaanga kidogo.
  1. Tia karoti endelea kukaanga kidogo.
  1. Tia kabeji na pilipili mboga kaanga kidogo tu.
  1. Zima moto na changanya na pilipili zilokatwakatwa na kurowekwa katika siki (hot pepper rings) ikiwa tayari kuliwa.
